More than half the people who buy from us are men, and almost all of them hit the same wall. They know exactly which set they want. They have no idea what size she is, and asking would ruin it.
So they close the tab. That is the whole problem, and it is a solvable one. Here is how we tell people to get it right.
You do not need her bra size. KAAL runs three sizes, not thirty, and they map cleanly onto the dress size she already buys. If you have ever seen a label in her wardrobe, or bought her a dress before, you have the answer.
| If she buys a dress in | She wears |
|---|---|
| 6 or 8 | S |
| 10 or 12 | M |
| 14 or 16 | L |
Most women land in M. If you are genuinely torn between two, take the larger one. A set that sits slightly loose reads as comfortable. A set that is tight reads as a comment.
This is where most orders go wrong, and it is our fault more than yours. Our sets are listed as two pieces, so the first price you see is the bra on its own. The set is both.
If you order the bra alone you have bought half a gift, and she will know. Choose the complete set on the product page and both pieces are added together.
Sometimes you will still get it wrong. That is fine, as long as you know what happens next.
Every KAAL order carries a 14-day size exchange. Send the set back unworn within fourteen days and we swap the size. Courier on the return is yours - we would rather say that plainly than surprise you with it later.
The better move is to not need it. Message us before you order and we will tell you which size to take.
That conversation takes two minutes and it is the single thing that stops a gift going wrong.
Worth knowing before you order, because the arrival is half the gift.
Answer four questions and we will narrow it to three sets, in the right size, that are in stock today.
